What you’ll do:
Prepare high-quality sushi, sashimi, and other Japanese dishes with care and attention to detail
Handle a variety of fresh fish and ingredients safely and skillfully
Maintain excellent food quality, presentation, and consistency
Keep your station clean, organized, and well stocked
Work efficiently with the kitchen team during busy services
Follow food safety and sanitation standards
Contribute ideas and creativity while maintaining the quality and style of our menu
What we’re looking for:
Previous experience as a Sushi Chef or in a Japanese kitchen
Strong knowledge of sushi preparation and proper fish handling
A good eye for presentation and attention to detail
Someone dependable, team-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
A positive attitude and pride in creating great food for our guests
