If you have a passion for omakase, love experimenting with flavors, and take pride in leading a strong team, we’d love to meet you.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Create high-quality sushi and omakase dishes that consistently impress guests
Prepare various types of sushi according to established guidelines on quality, portion size, and presentation
Maintain the highest standards of freshness, consistency, and presentation
Engage with guests to create a personalized, memorable dining experience
What You’ll Bring to the Table
3+ years of experience as a Sushi Chef (omakase experience required
Strong command of sushi techniques, knife skills, and presentation
Calm, focused, and effective under pressure
Excellent attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship
Solid knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
Positive, guest-focused leadership style
